You can easily overcome fears and phobias with selfhypnosis, because such anxieties are extremely common. More than 10% of people will experience a simple phobia at some time in their lives. From elevators, spiders and birds, to heights, dentists and open spaces, there is nothing we can’t develop anxiety or phobias about.
Agoraphobia Treatment – Overcoming Agoraphobia
The true meaning of agoraphobia is fear of crowds, but for many people it is much more than that. Anxiety or panic attacks that occur originally in one place can spread to others until the sufferer finds it hard to be anywhere unless ‘escape’ is easy. Eventually, it can get so bad that you feel safe only at home. The brain’s survival emergency system gets ‘hyper aroused’ & starts to respond to almost any situation with anxiety or panic attacks. Overcoming Agoraphobia retrains the brain to underst& that these situations are actually safe, & that it does not need to generate anxiety responses. Although medication is often prescribed as agoraphobia treatment, detraumatisation & relaxation is what is required. Hypnosis is so effective for doing this because it keeps the mind calm & relaxed while reviewing the difficult situations or experiences, so teaching the mind to respond differently. As this happens, you will begin to feel differently about the prospect of situations that used to be frightening, until actually going back into them is a realistic prospect. This is not an ‘overnight cure’ of course, but can be a great self help tool for curing agoraphobia, especially when used repeatedly over time. Get Overcoming Agoraphobia & enjoy the relaxing changes it brings…

Fear of Injections – Fear of Needles
Whether fear of needles is causing a problem because you want to give blood, have to have shots for health reasons, or for inoculations before going abroad, needle phobia can be a major problem. Many people with a fear of needles find that they become faint when getting an injection, or even pass out entirely. The needle phobia taps into the mind’s normal defense mechanism against blood loss, which will lower your blood pressure – triggering faintness. Happily, hypnosis can eliminate this unconscious effect promptly and comfortably. After using the Fear of Needles download, you will observe right away that even thinking about a shot is easier. All self-limiting beliefs, phobias, and bad habits are simply bad programs buried in the subconscious area of the mind. Willpower is entirely ineffective in dealing with these issues because you are prevented from accessing the source of the problem.

Overcome Fear of Wasps – Wasps Phobia
Hypnosis can safely train your mind to replace fear with calm, using your natural abilities. Does even the buzz of a bee or a wasp have your heart racing & palms sweating? Do you find it hard to enjoy yourself outdoor because you’re worried you might have to deal with stinging insects? Being concerned about insects that can sting you is not irrational. Bee & wasp stings can be quite unpleasant, & some people can have allergic reactions & have extra reason to take care. So, it’s sensible to avoid doing anything that might frighten any stinging insect you encounter, as they are not on the hunt for humans, & will not attack unless they feel threatened. So, for example, wildly flapping your h&s at a bee that’s buzzing around your head is not sensible behavior, as it risks seriously frightening them & will put them on the defensive. That’s when you’re much more likely to get stung – although even then the bee is more likely to try to get away than actually go for you. But you probably know all that. You know even as you’re doing it that waving your arms about isn’t helping. But it feels like you can’t help it. Something just drives you into a panic, & in a panic nobody can think straight. And when you know that the sight of a wasp or the buzz of a bee is going to send you into a panic, it seems like a good idea to just avoid situations where you might encounter these tiny creatures. But the problem is, you can’t fully avoid them & live a normal life. Sometimes you just find yourself right there when a wasp comes buzzing by. And off goes the panic. The truth is that the problem is not the bees or the wasps. Human beings have lived happily alongside them for millennia, & although some people get stung sometimes & that’s not nice, we generally know how to co-exist peacefully with them. The problem is the panic. What is panic? It is an overwhelming feeling of fear. The strength of this feeling is not necessarily proportional to the ’threat’ that triggers it. In the case of fears & phobias, the trigger can even have nothing whatever to do with the fear. Of course, with bees & wasps, there is a genuine element of threat, but when you objectively consider what danger a sting of this nature is, it is clear that the fear is out of all proportion. It doesn’t really matter how you acquired this disproportionate ’panic’ response. The good news is that you can easily ’reset’ the level of response that your automatic ’fight or flight’ system generates in your body. Won’t it be nice to be able to sit out in a garden or park, or enjoy a barbecue with your family & friends, without worrying about what other forms of life might be attending the event? How can you do this? Hypnosis can help you overcome your fear of wasps or bees. Fear of bees & wasps is an audio hypnosis session developed by psychologists with wide experience in helping people overcome phobias & fears. The powerful hypnotic suggestions bypass your conscious mind & reach directly into your unconscious – where instinctive responses are created.
As you repeatedly listen & relax to this download, you’ll soon notice that
Download Fear of bees & wasps & free yourself to be relaxed no matter what little critters are flying around.
Hypnosis can help you change negative unconscious associations about punctuality! Does having to be somewhere at a certain time cause you stress & anxiety? Are you constantly worrying that you’re going to be late & miss important events? No matter how much time you give yourself to get where you need to be, external forces can intervene. If you’ve got plenty of time to spare, but the moment you get on the highway movement grinds to a halt in a traffic jam, it can feel like the end of the world if you have a strong fear of being late. And it’s all the more frustrating when the situation spirals out of your control & there’s nothing you can do to get there on time. Once you know how bad it feels to be late, worry & anxiety return each time you have an appointment to make. But you’re not consciously choosing to feel this way. Once the emotional link has formed in your mind between feelings of anxiety & being late, it becomes an automatic, unconscious association. That association can cause you to experience strong anxiety about being late that is out of proportion to the importance of the event you are trying to get to.
Change your automatic responses with hypnosis.
The good news is there is a way to change these negative unconscious associations.
Overcome Fear of Being Late is an audio hypnosis session that will help you move past those old anxiety patterns.
As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll notice that you:
Download Overcome Fear of Being Late & keep your cool when you have somewhere to be, so you arrive calm & ready for the event.
Boat Phobia – Fear of Boats
How phobic reactions like fear of boats work
This is because a phobic reaction like this, where you feel fear when there is no real cause, is based on an emotional response to something, not a logical analysis. Things that we learn when we are in a state of high emotion, particularly fear, get locked in the amygdala (this is the part of the brain that regulates emotional response). They then become a ’trigger’ for that emotion. So ’boat’ equals ’fear’. As you know all too well.
Now here’s the good news!
You are not stuck with this forever. You can detach boats from fear & go back to feeling perfectly comfortable about them.
Hypnosis is a very effective way to remove phobias & fears
Overcome fear of boats is an audio hypnosis session that will quickly & comfortably deactivate that old trigger.
As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll notice that you:
Download Overcome fear of boats & be at ease on l& or water.
Does the thought of driving over a bridge fill you with fear or panic? Would you rather drive the long way round, rather than drive over a bridge? You probably think that you are ’the only one’ with such a phobia, but it is surprisingly common. Many people who have no other phobias freeze up when it comes to driving on bridges, even when they themselves are not afraid of heights. Because we have worked with people with fear of bridges in our clinic, we know it can be comfortably & quickly cured. Quite simply, your brain has learned to associate anxiety with bridges, & even if you think it is ’irrational’, your unconscious mind still provides you with the fear response. Using hypnosis, we can gently re-educate your unconscious mind so that you no longer respond with instinctive fear, but instead with the disinterest felt by most people in this situation. The thought of being relaxed while driving accross a bridge probably feels impossible to you, but you will be amazed after listening to Fear of Driving over Bridges. Cancer Phobia – Fear of Cancer
Put fear of cancer aside & get on with your life. Are you spending a lot of time worrying about cancer? Do you obsessively read news reports about medical research on cancer & watch medical programs on TV? Are you forever checking yourself for lumps & bumps & unexplained pains? Is fear of cancer your biggest fear in life? It’s not a great way to live. Wouldn’t it be great to have a cure for fear of cancer? Fear of cancer is not irrational or silly. It’s not irrational to fear something which can potentially kill you, of course. Fear encourages us to take sensible precautions. It makes sense to lead your life in such a way that you minimise your risks of developing cancer. It’s a relief to know that at least you can’t catch it! And as someone worried about cancer, chances are you have already carefully studied & implemented suitable preventive measures. Why precautions are not enough to allay fear of cancer. So you may be asking yourself why, even though you are eating a sensible diet, taking appropriate exercise, getting enough rest & generally looking after your health & well-being (all things which significantly minimise cancer risks), you still worry so much about getting cancer? Well, the answer is that knowing things with your head is all very well, but what really matters is how things feel. And the scary feeling associated with cancer can become overpowering if you haven’t learned how to disconnect feelings & facts when you need to. If you know you are doing everything you can to keep your risks down, then you clearly don’t need to feel as if the threat of cancer is right on top of you. But how do you shrug it off? Use the power of hypnosis to help yourself overcome fear of cancer. Overcome fear of cancer is an audio hypnosis session which focuses on how, exactly, you can undo the negative associations you may have acquired around particular facts, so that emotional responses no longer cloud your judgment & interfere with your life. Overcome fear of cancer works at the unconscious level – the same level where associations are made in the first place. Using the power of hypnosis, Overcome fear of cancer will help you relax deeper than ever before (also known to reduce cancer risks) & give you the tools you need to be able to feel the way you want. In addition, through listening to Overcome fear of cancer you will learn for yourself how to use therapeutic visualisation to enhance & strengthen your immune system. That’s useful for more than just cancer! Download Overcome fear of cancer & put fear of cancer back in its place.
Cat Phobia – Fear of Cats
Hypnosis is an ideal treatment for cat phobia. Do you shrink back & want to get away whenever you see a cat? Are you always worrying that a cat might jump on you, or scratch or bite you? Some people have good reason to avoid cats, because they are allergic to cat d&er – the very tiny particles of skin that a cat sheds. Allergic reactions range from sniffles to asthma to skin rashes & none of them are fun. So it makes sense to avoid the source of the problem. But most people who panic when they encounter a cat are not worrying about sneezing. There may not be a specific cause for your worries about cats. People with a cat phobia may not, in fact, be worrying about anything specific. When they see a cat they just get overcome with an unbearable feeling of high anxiety – heart pounding, pulse racing, knot in the gut, sweaty palms & an irresistible urge to get out of there as fast as possible. Many of them couldn’t tell you why they react like this – they only know that they do. Trying to reason yourself out of being scared of cats has no effect. You know perfectly well that cats are largely harmless creatures that many people love to have as pets. But this knowledge is of no help. You still have the uncomfortable, frightening feelings in spite of what you know about cats. So how can you change a feeling over which you have no control? Hypnosis is the ideal way to overcome cat phobia. Fear of cats is an audio hypnosis session created by psychologists that uses powerful hypnotic techniques to break the emotional link in your mind between felines & fear.

Fear of Change Phobia
Hypnosis can help you become more adaptable & resilient in times of change! Does change make you feel uncomfortable & unsafe? Do you wish you could be more at ease with new experiences? The need to feel safe & secure is a healthy instinct that helped keep our distant ancestors alive. Being at home with your tribe & following the same routine everyday was a way of avoiding danger & ensuring you would have food & a place to sleep each night. And although times have changed, this aversion to risk has stuck with us & can manifest itself in a fear of change that can hold us back in life. But in order to feel truly fulfilled in life, our Primal Human Needs must be met, & these extend further than simply feeling safe.
They include the need for:
And in order to fully meet these needs, it is necessary to sometimes venture outside our comfort zone. Even our distant ancestors did this when they listened to their urge to grow & learn about the world. This is what allowed them to begin building a civilization & move away from living in caves. Of course, extreme risk-taking is not a good thing either. So it’s important to find a middle ground between taking risks & being too cautious, so you can live your life to the full safely, but with opportunities for growth.
Overcome Fear of Change is an audio hypnosis session that will help you be more resilient & flexible in times of uncertainty.
As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll notice that you:

Scared of Clowns – Fear of Clowns Phobia
Relax while this powerful yet gentle hypnosis enables you to feel calm & indifferent around clowns! Does a fear of clowns prevent you enjoying life as fully as you might? Would you like to just feel neutral & indifferent about clowns & anything related to them? Clown phobia is surprisingly common. Most people assume that, because clowns are associated with circuses & fun, & typically wear silly clothes & do silly things, children are bound to like them. And children often do like them. But almost as often, children absolutely hate & fear them, & can go into screaming panic at the sight of one. And a child who is terrified of clowns is quite likely to become an adult who’s afraid of clowns. But an adult who never had any worries about clowns as a child isn’t therefore immune – phobic reactions can start at any age. How does a fear of clowns take root? So what’s happening here? Adults tend to think of clowns as being like giant-size dolls. And children love dolls, & big cuddly toys, don’t they? So surely a child will love a clown. But adults seriously underestimate the effect of a giant on a small child. A gaudily dressed, crazily made-up giant, who is not at all inert & passive like a doll, but does strange & unexpected things, without warning. A small child does not know that this crazy figure is just an ordinary adult like mum & dad or other adults they know. To the child it’s a completely alien creature, & even if the clown takes off the silly hat & clothes & wipes off the make-up, the child can feel even more terrified to see an ’ordinary’ adult suddenly appearing from within the clown. Such scary experiences can leave a long trace. It’s important to underst& that it is the feeling of being scared that generates the phobia, not the object that caused the fear. This is why even growing up & realizing that clowns are not dangerous at all doesn’t, in itself, fix the phobia. And the same is true for the adult whose terror of clowns started for other reasons, like a horror movie. It’s about the fear, not the object.
Hypnosis can help remove phobias fast
Fortunately, even long established phobias can be very quickly helped when you know how.
Fear of clowns is an audio hypnosis session developed by psychologists with wide experience in helping people overcome phobias that will help release you from your fear by disconnecting the emotional association around it.

Fear of Crowds – Fear of large Crowds
Why does being in a crowd make some people uncomfortable? Why will they go to any lengths to avoid situations where the numbers of people might exceed a (very low) threshold? Of course, it’s sensible for all of us to avoid some types of crowd. Rioters are not comfortable company, nor are the fans of the defeated football team after the match. But why worry that the supermarket is crowded? Why dread going to concerts? For some people, the explanation lies in having had some kind of distressing experience in a large group of people. Being caught up in a group who were panicking, say, or getting lost in a crowd, might directly influence you to feel afraid of crowds. And because of the way the brain processes negative experiences, you might feel afraid of all crowds, not just the type of crowd where you had your unpleasant experience. But some people dread any type of crowd even though they have never personally had a bad experience of being in a crowd. When the number of people gets beyond a certain level, they start to feel panicky & want to get away as fast as possible, even though there is no threat from anyone or anything. What is the explanation for this? Cognitive neuroscientist Dr Mark Williams of Macquarie University in Australia carried out a study into our ability to recognise facial expressions. He established that our capacity to identify expressions, particularly negative ones like anger or fear, is noticeably impaired in crowd situations, where there are many faces to scan. This means that our ability to identify, & so deal with, threat is also limited. This fascinating research provides evidence for what evolutionary scientists have been telling us. We evolved to live in groups, we are social creatures. But the group structures we evolved to live in were relatively small in size. Humans would have been personally familiar with nearly every member of their local group. Our social skills are finely adapted for small groups. The modern urban world, where millions of total strangers live cheek by jowl, is, in evolutionary terms, an extremely recent event. From the biological perspective, it will be a very long time before our evolution catches up with the social changes that have occurred. Does this mean that those who find themselves inexplicably anxious about crowds are doomed to suffer & may as well resign themselves to a life of seclusion? Does this mean that those who have had a bad experience can never get over it? Not at all! You have the capacity to learn to enjoy crowds. Evolution, while seeming to have left us floundering in the face of unexpected changes in our environment, like living with very large numbers of people, has also provided us with the most amazing capacity for dealing with the unexpected in creative ways. Human beings, more than any other creature, are able to learn new behaviours that are, at first sight, quite outside their instinctive programming. You are reading this at a computer screen, are you not? You may ride a bike, or drive a car, or use a telephone, or watch TV, or any one of a thous& other behaviours that would not occur ‘naturally’. Yet, in spite of that, we have taught ourselves to do them, & enjoy them. We have learned how to ‘reprogram’ instinctive behaviours to suit our needs & wants. The easiest & most effective way to instigate a bit of instinctive reprogramming is through hypnosis. Hypnosis is a way of activating those parts of the brain which set up the programming which we think of as instinctive. And this part of the brain is amazingly adaptable & receptive (thank you, evolution!).
Fear of crowds is an audio hypnosis session designed to help you feel more comfortable in crowd situations. This carefully crafted deep trance session will take you into a state of profound relaxation. This in itself will calm down all worries & anxieties. You will then discover how you can easily & comfortably ‘reconfigure’ the way your mind & brain process the experience of being in a crowd.
Fear of crowds will teach you how to create a new blueprint for ‘comfortable crowd behaviour’ which you will be able to start enjoying straight away, looking forward to all the new opportunities it will bring.
Download Fear of crowds & begin to enjoy being with people in a whole new way.

However when fear of death becomes a preoccupying obsessive thought then something needs to change. If you are constantly ruminating about death, or if the mere mention of the word ’death’ makes you feel anxious then a natural concern has gone too far. An overriding fear of death stop you living life properly now! The thought that some day we won’t be around any more can be hard to comprehend & cause fear & even panic. Fear of Doctors – Phobia of Doctors
Going to the doctor – whatever the reason – can be daunting, even if you have the friendliest, smartest doctor on the planet (in which case, lucky you!). Although medical check-ups are often compared to servicing your car, this analogy can only get you so far. A car doesn’t have feelings. Or dreams. Or nightmares. Or dependants. You do. So to overcome fear of doctors & get the best from them you need to honour this difference. You need a doctor like you need a mechanic – in some ways. Of course, the car analogy is apposite in some regards. Even if you have a top of the range model, you know that you should have its functions regularly checked. Does it run smoothly? How is the fuel consumption? What about emissions? Are the brakes safe? Are there any warning lights on the dashboard? What remedial steps need to be taken? Is this vehicle still roadworthy? Does it need specialist intervention? It’s no different for a healthy human body. You know it makes sense to keep an eye on your diet, your digestion, your eyesight, your hearing, your blood pressure, your sleep, your exercise. Much of this you can do yourself, but sometimes you need outside help. And if you’re noticing ‘warning lights’ – unexplained symptoms that don’t quickly clear up by themselves – you know it’s time to get expert advice from a doctor. ‘Doctor fears’ grow out of experience & imagination. But now those factors that distinguish you from an insensate machine really kick in. Your life history includes previous experiences of health problems. You know people who have had serious illnesses. You may have had fraught experiences with doctors in the past. You can imagine the impact of illness on your life & your family. So worrying about what the doctor might say is altogether natural. Misusing your imagination can seriously damage your health. Human beings have powerful imaginations. We can construct amazingly convincing scenarios for ourselves, starting from very little information – or even none. We’re particularly good at creating disaster scenarios, & imagining the worst. This can be useful if it encourages us to take the necessary steps to avert the imagined disaster. But if instead we frighten ourselves into inaction, we are really misusing our imagination. So the way to overcome fear of doctors & go & get the help & advice that you might need is to take charge of your imagination & guide it in the right direction. The best way to direct your imagination in a healthy direction is to use the power of hypnosis – the key to the most powerful learning states that we know of.
Fear of doctors is an audio hypnosis session which is focused directly on using the powers of your imagination to still your fears & allow you to approach your doctor calmly & confidently.
The Fear of doctors hypnosis download aims first to help you reduce your anxiety level generally. Fear of doctors then concentrates on helping you use your imagination to its full power to establish a more beneficial ‘template’ to underpin any interaction you might have with health professionals. Fear of Dogs – Dog Phobia
We all know that dogs should be respected but an undue fear of dogs can really get in the way. A strong fear – or phobia – of dogs can make the most pleasant walk fraught with anxiety. Hearing a dog bark can cause immediate panic & a powerful urge run away. Of course, many dogs will take this as an invitation to play & chase you, which will make the situation even worse. It may be that you developed a fear of dogs through a past experience with dogs. Maybe one particular one scared you & now your unconscious mind has come to associate all dogs with threat & fear. On the other h&, you may have no idea why you are scared of dogs – one particularly phobic client got their phobia from watching a news report about a dog attack when they were young. This is what the unconscious mind does so well. It over-generalises one experience to fit all experiences – tarring all dogs with the same brush! Overcome Fear of Dogs will gently allow your unconscious mind to learn a new way of responding to dogs, giving you the choice back about how to respond. The vast majority of dogs are safe & even friendly. And when you are relaxed around dogs you’ll instinctively know how to h&le them better. It will feel natural to relax around dogs & dogs will pick up that you are relaxed & comfortable. You will be able to spot an aggressive dog much more easily because your senses are not swamped by anxiety. Overcome a phobia of dogs affects your life in all sorts of ways. Past experiences around dogs will no longer dictate current reactions to them.
Overcome Fear of Driving – Driving Phobia
Does the thought of having to drive somewhere make you feel anxious? Perhaps you’ve had a bad driving experience in the past that has made you dread getting into a car? Even if you haven’t actually had a scare while driving, your imagination can still cause you stress. And thinking too much about all the bad things that could happen while you’re driving can create extreme anxiety around cars. When you are scared, rational thought is diminished due to the fight or flight response. This means that conscious thinking gets passed over in favour of the primal urge to get yourself to safety. Of course, this is very helpful if you are in a dangerous situation. But unfortunately, anxiety can become attached to situations that are not life threatening, like driving. Hypnosis can recondition this fear response. Overcome Fear of Driving is an audio hypnosis session that separates you from that real, or imagined, memory.
As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll notice that you:
Download Overcome Fear of Driving & enjoy a sense of ease when in a car, so you can enjoy the journey to your destination.
Fear of Elevators
Fear of elevators is just as real to the person suffering as a fear of being attacked is to the rest of us. Although it may seem irrational, so are most phobias or fears. Fear is not a rational emotion; it is there to keep us safe, & so is much more powerful than thought. That is why when dealing with a fear of elevators, or elevator phobia, we have to get rid of the fear at the same level it is generated – the unconscious mind. And this is why hypnosis is so effective. Using hypnosis we can gently re-educate the unconscious mind to respond to elevators with the same calmness that other people do. Utilising a simple yet powerful technique developed for use with survivors of traumatic incidents, fear of elevators can be quickly & easily removed. When using this technique with our own clients, the most common response is “I didn’t know that anything had changed until I got in the elevator, & the old fear just wasn’t there.” Anxiety can quite easily be removed from the elevator experience, allowing you to get on with life in the same way that those around you do.(We do recommend you use the stairs occasionally though – it’s healthier! 😉

Fear Of Emotions
Hypnosis can help you get comfortable with all kinds of emotional communication! Does fear of emotion dictate how you behave, or let others behave? Are you always ’people pleasing’ to avoid people getting upset or angry with you? Extreme emotions can be scary, it is true. Very angry or very frightened people can be quite destructive, even if they don’t mean to. Extreme positive emotions can cause difficulties too. Euphoric people (brides & grooms on their wedding day, for instance) can’t think straight, & this is one reason why they need a ’best man’ & ’bridesmaids’. These assistants, it is hoped, will stay calm & keep everything on track. Another effect of strong emotions is that they color everything around them. They can make trivial matters seem like life & death issues – sometimes to the point that important things that really do need the full attention of a cool head get sidelined, because the emotions have focused attention in the wrong direction. Some people use emotions for dramatic effect! We all know ’drama queens’ (& kings!) who respond to everything with lots of emotion (positive or negative), whether it’s merited or not. This allows them to feel that their lives have meaning, that they are at the center of a significant human story. We all need a sense of meaning, but trying to meet this need with our own emotional excess is ultimately a hollow exercise (& pretty tiresome for everyone around us). Why do some people become fearful of emotions, their own or other people’s? Typically, this tends to happen when you have had bad experiences with other people’s inability (or unwillingness) to regulate their emotional responses appropriately. And it can also happen when people around you respond very negatively to your emotions – telling you that being angry means that you’re bad, for instance, & punishing you. But at bottom, emotions are a vital & wonderful part of being human. They are our interaction with the world. They protect us, spur us into action, thrill us, enthuse us, connect us, amuse us, uplift us or cast us down. They give life flavor & variety. They are neither good nor bad in themselves. Sometimes they can run away with us, but we have evolved the capacity to rein them in when we need, without having to quash them. And that means that, whatever negative experiences you have had around emotions in the past, you can develop a much happier ’relationship’ with how you – & other people – feel. And one of the easiest & fastest ways to bring this about is with the help of hypnosis. Hypnosis can help you overcome fear of emotions!

Fear of Failure – Failure Phobia
Is the fear of failure holding you back in life?
Is fear of failure the one great big ogre blocking your way? Are you unable to act because of the thought of how ’terrible’ it would be to ’get it wrong’? What is it you really want – or need – to do? Maybe it’s something to do with your work life. Maybe you need to take a step forward in your career, or even change career. Perhaps it’s a personal thing – like asking a certain someone for a date, or having a difficult conversation, or just getting more out of life. Fear of failure is not completely irrational! Whatever it may be, it’s not irrational to worry about how things will turn out. One of the amazing benefits of human evolution is our capacity to imagine different results & prepare for a wide range of different circumstances. But there is a downside. When you imagine things turning out wrong, rather than going well, you can get caught up in the drama of it all. Your emotions are aroused, & you feel afraid. And when you feel afraid, you tend to pay more (& more) attention to those feelings than to your rational mind. Indeed, your rational mind can get completely swamped. ”Oh my god, that’s terrible! I can’t do that!” And that can stop us from even thinking of going down a particular path. – Emotional thinking clouds your judgment. Now this may not be such a bad thing if that ’particular path’ would, objectively & for certain, lead you into something you really don’t want. Or would, objectively & for certain, be against your best interests. But the trouble is, although emotional thinking is very persuasive & feels absolutely right, it is about as far away from objectivity & certainty as it’s possible to be. This leaves you with a dilemma. How can you think about & prepare yourself to do something challenging, & consider all the possible positive & negative alternatives, without getting hijacked by your emotions like this? Hypnosis can help you calmly do what you want or need to do! Overcome fear of failure is an audio hypnosis session that will help you escape right between the horns of this dilemma.
As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll experience a profound change taking place within you. You’ll notice that you:
Download Overcome fear of failure & let your life take flight.
Fear of Fainting – Fainting Anxiety
Are you always worrying that you might faint? Does that fear make you avoid certain places or situations? Of course, if you have actually been fainting, it’s important to check with a doctor to see if there is some underlying physical cause. Fainting can be a symptom of various medical conditions. However, the number of people who suffer from a fear of fainting far exceeds the number of people who have a medical condition that causes them to faint. -Fainting fears are not trivial. This is not to belittle such fear. Anxiety about falling to the ground in a faint is itself distressing & debilitating. But why is this fear so widespread? One reason is that many people confuse feeling light-headed & dizzy with fainting, & don’t underst& that they are different processes, with different causes. It’s ironic that anxiety itself is a prime cause of lightheaded & dizzy feelings. Fortunately, anxiety related phenomena can easily be brought under control, & the easiest way to do this is with the help of hypnosis.-Hypnosis can help you quickly overcome anxieties & worries. Overcome fear of fainting is an audio hypnosis session designed specifically to deal with this self-reinforcing cycle & stop anxiety in its tracks.
As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll notice that you:
Download Overcome fear of fainting & free yourself to get on with your life.
Fear of Slipping
Do you constantly feel like you’re going to fall over when you walk? Have you had a bad fall in the past or has your confidence in walking been eroded slowly over time? When you feel anxious about your ability to walk, it has a detrimental impact on many areas of your life. It becomes difficult to perform various everyday tasks or make social plans. And even though you might have had long periods of your life when walking seemed effortless, this doesn’t make you feel better in the present moment. -Study shows the key lies in confidence. A recent study by the British Medical Journal found that people who are confident in their walking abilities are much less likely to fall than those who constantly worry about it. When walking is prominent in the conscious mind, it becomes a source of anxiety. So the key to mastering this fear is reassigning it to the unconscious mind, where it belongs. Relax & trust yourself with hypnosis.
Overcome Fear of Falling Over is an audio hypnosis session that works with your unconscious mind to reactivate your brain’s neural pathways so you can walk confidently again.
As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll notice that you:

Does every noise & odd movement when you’re in the air cause you to panic? Perhaps you had a stressful flying experience in the past. Or maybe your imagination has gone into overdrive & you have become frightened. No matter what the reason is, you might be experiencing symptoms such as:
And the more negative thoughts you have about flying, the more your mind associates it with fear. Even the thought of booking a flight can prompt anxiety levels to rise. And when you’re on board, you feel constantly on edge. -Fear is an unconscious response! Those who have experienced how it feels to be gripped by fear, way beyond what they consider rationally to be reasonable, know that there is an unconscious response causing them to feel that way. But the good news is you’re not alone. There are many people who suffer from a fear of flying. And the even better news is that there are also many people who have managed to overcome this fear & can now relax as they travel to their destination. -Hypnosis can change your approach to flying! Fear of Anesthesia
Fear of general anesthesia is very common, & underst&ably so. Anesthesia is not natural. We artificially create it using certain chemical substances. When you are anesthetized, you are unconscious. You neither know what is happening, nor can you control anything which happens. We human beings value control highly, & we dread powerlessness above all other threats. So dreading anesthesia is perfectly normal. Of course, you underst& very well the reasons why general anesthesia is used in surgery. Nobody in their right mind would want to subject themselves to painful procedures unnecessarily. If you & your doctors have determined that a surgical procedure is necessary for you, you would surely like it to be as pain free as possible. And general anesthesia guarantees that, as well as being unconscious, you will feel no pain. You also know that anesthesiologists are highly trained professionals, & that the whole surgical team will monitor your every breath & heart beat throughout the procedure. Yet somehow these rational underst&ings of the benefits of anesthesia & the skills of the doctors don’t seem to be enough to quell your fears. You may even have postponed necessary procedures because of your anxieties. But if rational explanations of the benefits of general anesthesia & reassurances about the safety of the procedures are not enough to allay your fears, what can you do to feel more relaxed about undergoing anesthesia? The answer lies in underst&ing the precise purpose of your fear & working with that fear rather than trying to browbeat it into submission – which you are quite likely to have tried already. Fear & anxiety are safety mechanisms. They are designed to help us avoid or deal with threats & dangers. They are very basic & fairly unsubtle in their function. They look at every potential threat in a very black-&-white way & continuously err on the side of caution, in the hope of keeping you alive. By & large, they are effective. In some cases, however, they can be seriously counterproductive. Take anesthesia, for instance. It’s quite clear that the fearful feelings around being unconscious & having no control are misplaced here. It may even be the case that not having the surgery could constitute a genuine threat to your life, whereas undergoing anesthetic presents no real danger at all. However, the fear mechanism cannot really tell the difference, & always responds to a more immediate threat first.
Hypnosis can help you overcome misplaced fear of anesthesia
So, to work with these unconscious & automatic processes, you need to access the level that they work on – that is, the unconscious level. And there is no better way to get in touch with your own unconscious processes & influence them positively to overcome fear of anesthesia than through hypnosis.
Fear of General Anesthesia is an audio hypnosis session which works by allowing you to enter a state of profound relaxation in which you can reprogram particular instinctive responses. You don’t have to figure out how to do this – the necessary suggestions are all in the session for you.
Fear of General Anesthesia will teach you how to naturally calm down your fears & feel increasingly comfortable around the idea of using anesthesia appropriately for your surgical needs. An added benefit is the wonderful feeling of control that you will gain as you master these skills. And control is what it’s all about, is it not?

Overcome Fear of Germs – Germ Phobia
Do you find yourself anxiously worrying about hygiene & cleanliness all the time? Have friends or family told you that you’re unnecessarily obsessed with germs & infections? ’Cleanliness is next to godliness’, says the old proverb, & another tells us that ’a little knowledge is a dangerous thing’. Of course, taking proper care of yourself, your family & your home so that you minimize any risk of infection is sensible. And we feel good when we know are looking after things properly. That’s the ’godliness’ bit – feeling good & right in yourself. And we know about germs (bacteria) & that they tend to proliferate on surfaces that haven’t been cleaned, or food that has not been hygienically prepared, & that people can quickly spread them around through touch. But this ’little knowledge’, while quite true in itself, is so far from the full story that it can really lead you astray, & without you even noticing.
How an anxious fear of germs can catch you out
This is because you have to decide ’how clean is clean?’ How do you know when you’ve done ’enough’? Is the goal to prevent any infection, at all, ever, or just to make it a bit more unlikely that you will catch something as a result of your own actions? If you were to believe what you see on TV, it’s an all out war, & you must buy those products that promise to kill 99% of all known germs, or you’re doomed.
That kind of advertising, coupled with the media hysteria which so often surrounds outbreaks of infectious illnesses, can make you underst&ably anxious. Nobody wants themselves or their family to become ill. However, anxiety brings its own problems. It feeds off itself, so that you get caught into a spiral of worry, & you can never relax. Even though your common sense tells you this is going too far, you just can’t stop.
Hypnosis can help you stop worrying so much about germs
There is a way you can break out of this vicious circle.
’Overcome fear of germs’ is an audio hypnosis session created by psychologists who underst& that you don’t choose to feel so anxious about infection. A germ phobia, like any other, is an unconscious response, & the best way to tackle it is through your unconscious mind, where it began.
As you relax regularly & deeply to the powerful hypnotic suggestions in this download, you’ll find that;
Download ’Overcome fear of germs’ & start enjoying life again.
Fear of Going Crazy – Fear of Going Insane
Going crazy, insane, mad, nuts, losing it & going loco. There are many ways to express what happens to the human mind when it is stressed. But we often talk about madness or craziness when we really mean just stressed out. True madness is something else. And fear of madness or going crazy happens often when people just don’t truly underst& what true madness is & how much they can do for themselves to feel better & more sane. Fear of going mad can be terrifying. Having a sense of control is so important & people everywhere fear ’losing it’ & going mad. We all behave irrationally sometimes but when we start to feel overwhelmed it’s easy to fear going mad or ’crazy.’ It’s important to know that just about everyone has seriously thought they were going mad at some time or another. Maybe there is someone in your family who had emotional difficulties & you fear that it will happen to you just because it happened to them. Having emotional problems isn’t the same as ’being mad’.
What does ’mad’ mean?
Madness means ’psychotic’ which is a disorder in which people hallucinate visual images or sounds or even smells. During proper psychosis the contents which originate from within the mind seem to originate from outside of the mind to the point at which the person experiencing the psychosis really believes that images & sounds produced by their imaginations are actually produced by the environment. We all experience this when we dream at night-we believe that our dreams are real when we are dreaming them. The psychotic person dreams whilst awake & believes these ’dreams’ or hallucinations to be real. In fact the human brain is designed to simulate reality & make imagination seem real. During dreaming your brain simulates images, sounds & other sensations. It does this in a controlled way. So dreaming is controlled ’reality simulation’ & psychosis is uncontrolled reality simulation. In order for psychosis (madness) to be happening you’d need to believe that hallucinations weren’t hallucinations but in fact real.
This happens in an uncontrolled way during waking consciousness it is seen as madness if the person believes the hallucinations to be real & starts to act on them.
People can hallucinate without being crazy.
We might describe someone as ’mad’ or ’crazy’ because they experience strong anger or anxiety &, indeed, any strong emotion makes us irrational but this is not the same as madness. Of the 1% of the population who do ’go mad’ (have a psychotic episode) many of them will go on to live normal healthy lives having just had the one ’break down’ so even people who do experience ’madness’ at some point don’t necessarily become mad forever. They move on from it. We all have needs in life which, when they are fulfilled, make us feel more normal & ’sane.’ This session will describe some of those needs so you can begin to see what you really need to feel better & more settled in your own mind.
Strong emotions make us irrational
Being irrational is caused by strong emotions – this isn’t madness just irrationality & confusion brought on by strong emotion. When the emotion calms down the rationality comes back.
There are things you can do to make you feel more ’sane’ one of which is to calm the emotional part of the mind down by regular & deep relaxation & comfort.
This session will help you relax so deeply which is a wonderful way of calming the emotional mind. It will reassure you that you can have control & that your mind has a very clear center to it that can look after your best interests.

Fear of Responsibility – Fear of Growing Up Phobia
Is a fear of growing up keeping you locked in immaturity? Do you worry that becoming adult just means finally going over the hill? Not many people have heard of ’neoteny’ but every one of us has benefited from it. ’Neoteny’, according to the dictionary, is ’the retention of juvenile features in the adult animal’. Neoteny is a particularly pronounced characteristic of humans, physically & psychologically. And evolutionary psychologists hold that it’s a major contributory factor to our amazing success as a species.
It’s good to be childlike
In other words, our juvenile, or childlike, features are a very good thing. Our never ending curiosity, our playfulness, our ongoing ability to learn new things, our deep attachment to one another – these are the characteristics of the very young. And the good news is that you don’t lose them when you grow up.
Why some people forget how to be childlike
You can, however, quash them. Negative social & cultural influences & negative events can seriously dampen down your enthusiasm for life. We all know ’grown ups’ who run their lives on very tight lines where playfulness & curiosity & new ideas get little airtime. A young person meeting them might very well shrink from the idea of becoming adult, if this is what it inevitably leads to.
Refusing to grow up brings its own problems
But clinging to your youth & refusing to take on a properly adult role also has dangers. If you try to ’just be a kid’ with your own children, to be a ’best friend’ more than a mom or dad, you may deprive them of the truly adult role model that they need to experience in order to develop properly themselves. It may also lead you to behave irresponsibly – which is not at all the same thing as having a childlike attitude to life.
Hypnosis can help you grow up without losing anything
Fortunately, even if quashed by life experience, you can reconnect with the positive aspects of your younger self. And when you commit to maturing in a healthy way, you’ll find that, far from losing anything, you have gained a whole new world of possibilities.
Fear of growing up is an audio hypnosis session created by psychologists that will help you to see the process of ’growing up’ in a whole new light.
As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll sense a number of profound changes taking place deep within you. You’ll notice that
Download Fear of growing up & discover who you really are.
Overcome Fear of Heights – Height Phobia
You might feel like you are the only one that has a fear of heights; nevertheless, it is just one of the most prevalent fears.
Without a doubt, it is essential that we are cautious when up high, but for you and countless others, it is much more than that. Perhaps even thinking about heights produces a potent fear response.
I am sure that you have tried to be okay with heights many times. But no matter how hard you aim to be calm when up high, anxiety and panic overrides what you’re thinking.
Does even imagining being up high produce fear?
Right now, even just imagining yourself being on a bridge or on the top floor of a building probably fills you with panic. As a therapist many of my clients describe their experiences as feeling ’frozen’ or getting a sudden & uncontrollable sense of danger.
Be much more comfortable with heights after a single session
I have treated many people who have had a fear of heights all their lives. Just like you they find it gets in the way of doing ’normal’ things such as travelling, going to the top floor of a building or even climbing up a flight of stairs.
Some people just accept this is a fear they will have for life but let me reassure you that after listening to this download your fear will have disappeared, or at the very least greatly reduced.
Can you imagine not being scared of about heights, & instead feeling calm & comfortable & being able to appreciate the views around you.
The process is pleasant
During workshops & one to one sessions I have used hypnosis to cure fear of heights over 300 times, along with many other phobias in a quick & comfortable way. Rather than focusing on why this fear has developed I use hypnosis & relaxation to cure fears, usually in just one session.
The Rewind Technique, also known as the ’fast phobia cure’ has been proven to be a highly effective & reliable method to treat all types of phobias, fears & trauma.
This technique allows you to think about past memories & traumatic experiences in a quick & disjointed way whilst being deeply relaxed. The process works by ’re training’ your brain to react differently in certain situations. It is called the rewind technique due to the client’s memory of an event or experience being ’rewinded’ & then fast forward until it becomes non threatening.
My prediction is that after listening to this download your fear of heights will be comfortably removed. And if you have any residual nerves, you can simply use the session again. Fear of heights hypnosis is an ejoyable experience in itself. You will be able enjoy being up high & even those unpleasant past experiences will become simply memories rather than threats.
So why not download Fear of Heights now & notice how different you feel after listening to it just once.
Scared of Others Laughing – Fear of Laughter
Are you always worrying that people are laughing at you?
Does even the sound of laughter make you feel tense?
Being laughed at is very unpleasant. Most of us have experienced it at some time, but we mostly manage to put it behind us & get on with our lives. Some people, however, have had such a bad experience, perhaps due to bullying, that they find it extremely difficult to put it behind them.
It’s not surprising that experiences like that could make you feel uncomfortable at the sound of any kind of laughter. Even just passing by a table of laughing strangers in a café could make you break out in a sweat. Soon enough, you would want to avoid cafés just in case you heard laughter. And then you would start avoiding other places or situations where you might come across people laughing.
Fear of laughter can sometimes be due to not underst&ing
Laughter might also seem worrying or even frightening when you can’t make out what exactly it is that people find so funny. This can make you feel kind of dumb, or as if you are being excluded somehow, even if this isn’t intended. The fact is, we don’t all find the same things amusing, & learning to relax with those differences can make life a lot easier.
But how can you stop yourself feeling fearful, or let yourself relax with not laughing when others are clearly finding something very amusing?
Hypnosis is a great way to become calmly indifferent
Overcome fear of laughter is an audio hypnosis session specially for people who find it hard to cope with laughter. Its powerful hypnotic techniques will train your brain to stop caring about laughter.
As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll notice that you:

Fear of Noise – Noise Phobia
Overcome fear of loud noises
Hypnosis can help you relax with the r&om sudden sounds we all encounter
Does a fear of loud noises make you jump every time a door bangs or a car backfires? Do you avoid going to certain places or events because you might be exposed to sudden loud sounds? Note: If you are specifically afraid of thunder. It can be really frustrating to have developed a fear or phobia around loud noises. Of course, everyone is liable to get some kind of a shock at a sudden unexpected blare, boom, or bang. An ear-splitting shriek or scream would also cause us all to look round with concern, even anxiety. Such sounds alert us that something is happening, & the volume of the noise makes us want to immediately check for a threat or danger. So far, so good. That’s all part of our self-preservation systems.
A fear of loud noises can really limit your life
But if you have developed what feels like a permanent association between the volume & suddenness of a sound & strong feelings of fear, it’s not so good at all. Life, particularly our modern life, is full of sound, & lots of it is sudden, loud & unexpected, while being perfectly harmless. Fear of such noises can make you react excessively emotionally, or want to just stay at home & hide.
You can overcome this limiting fear
Fortunately, even long-established phobias, including phobias that were triggered in the first place by genuinely traumatic experiences, can be ’de-activated’. You don’t have to put up with this fear any more.
Hypnosis can help you quickly feel more relaxed about noise
Fear of loud noises is an audio hypnosis session created by psychologists with wide experience of helping people free themselves from the grip of phobias & fears.
As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll find that you
Download Fear of loud noises & reclaim your right to enjoy the sound-filled world.
Fear of making Mistakes
Are you stressed or anxious through fear of making mistakes? Do you feel under pressure to do everything ’perfectly’? While it’s great to do things ’right’ & have others think you’re good at what you do, being overly worried about mistakes actually makes you less effective. This is because if you are self-conscious or anxious about what you are doing, this emotional arousal can cloud your thinking, & make it difficult to focus. It’s a double bind – as if trying to get things right makes you more likely to get things wrong. Is it wrong to try to avoid making mistakes? But surely you should try to get things right? Well, yes, up to a point! It makes sense to figure out what you need to do & how to do it, & to set about your tasks as efficiently & competently as possible. But if you (or others) expect or dem& perfection at all times, you are stoking up trouble & setting yourself up for a fall. Because, no matter how good you are at what you do, mistakes of one kind or another will happen. -The pursuit of perfection is a prison! The answer is not to strive (or pretend) to be perfect. The answer is to adopt a different attitude to mistakes. What do mistakes mean? Do they mean that you’re a useless human being, a total failure? Or do they mean that the world is not fully controllable, & you can learn from what actually happens? If you can see mistakes as gateways to new knowledge rather than a sign of failure, you’re going to achieve much more in life. There are many reasons why people acquire the belief that they need to be perfect, & it can feel hard, & even scary, to let go of this idea. If you’ve always been told, & you believe, that mistakes mean you’re a failure, how can you now turn round & declare that the people who told you this were wrong? It’s as if you have to become a different person. But won’t it be great to be free? And this is easier than you might think.
Hypnosis can help you shed limiting beliefs
Overcome fear of making mistakes is an audio hypnosis session that uses the power of your unconscious mind to escape the prison of perfection & free yourself to learn & do whatever you need or want.
As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll notice that you:
Download Overcome fear of making mistakes & see just what you can do.
Fear Of Mice – Mouse Phobia
Do you sometimes get unbearably overwhelmed by the fear of mice? Does your phobia make it impossible to be in certain places? Just why a paralyzing fear of mice is the butt of so many a st&-up comic routine, while you never hear anybody making rib-tickling jokes about the (equally common) fear of spiders, is a mystery. What is so funny about it? It can’t be because mice are so small. After all, most spiders are far tinier. But of course the issue with both these phobias is not the size of the creature that triggers the fear reaction. And in fact, size is quite immaterial when it comes to phobia. People who have a dog phobia will have exactly the same reaction to a tiny Chihuahua as to a Great Dane. Furthermore, there is no one specific attribute of any creature or object that can be clearly identified as ’phobia causing’. You see, because a phobia is attached to a specific trigger (mice, spiders, buttons, dogs, & so on), people wrongly conclude that there is something about the trigger itself that caused the phobia. This is not the case. A phobia is ’caused’ when you have a traumatic experience of some kind (though it is important to remember that not all traumatic experiences lead to phobias).
How you acquire an irrational fear of mice (or anything else)
Here’s how it works. When something really bad happens to you (’really bad’ meaning that you feel terribly anxious, frightened or disturbed about it, even if others react differently), your brain goes into panic mode & looks around to see what caused the trouble. And it will pick on anything in the environment at the time that looks a likely suspect. And that thing gets chemically labeled in your brain as ’Danger!’.
This means that, in future, whenever you encounter that thing or creature, or sometimes even when you just think about it, you experience an adrenaline rush & your body switches into ’fight or flight’ mode, because your brain has identified this as a threat, which you must be protected against.
Phobias can be useful – in very particular circumstances
This is a pretty useful mechanism when it comes to things like dangerous snakes, or wild animals, but you have to agree it’s way off the mark when we’re talking about the common mouse, who might be an unwelcome unhygenic visitor, but is certainly no serious threat to a human. The threat is entirely the other way.
But knowing this is not enough to switch off the feeling of fear that automatically arises when you see a mouse. To switch it off, that chemical label your brain applied back in the past has to be removed. Telling yourself not to be silly won’t do it. You have to go into the workings of the brain itself & tinker with its ’settings’. And by far the best & most effective way to do this is with hypnosis.
Hypnosis can help you easily overcome mice phobia
Overcome fear of mice is an audio hypnosis session developed by psychologists with wide experience in helping people overcome phobias & traumatic experiences. Its powerful hypnotic suggestions work directly on the unconscious instinctive ’behavior’ templates that your brain has stored over your lifetime, & update them to your present circumstances.
As you listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll notice that your feelings about mice begin to change dramatically. You’ll notice that

Math Phobia – Fear of Math – Fear of Numbers
Does a fear of numbers make you uncomfortable or anxious when you have to deal with figures in some way? Do certain specific numbers disturb you when they crop up in your life? There are two main reasons why numbers induce fear. If you feel you don’t really underst& math, or can’t confidently h&le calculations, you might dread situations where you have to use numbers. If you believe certain numbers (such as 13) have a malign influence, this sets up a self-fulfilling prophecy where you constantly attribute negative occurrences to the influence of those numbers, to your own distress. Both these fears can be overcome.
A fear of numbers can be a real hindrance
Numbers are vitally useful, & we need them. This is more than ever the case in our increasingly technical world. Their importance has always been recognized, & arithmetic is a fundamental part of education programs all over the world. Everybody has a right & a need to be able to underst& & use numbers effectively. Most of us have been through a math education intended to equip us to h&le the situations where we have to deal with figures. Nonetheless, a surprisingly large number (!) of people who are perfectly competent in other areas find themselves struggling when it comes to numbers. They may find doing simple calculations difficult, or struggle to underst& mortgage rates or statistical information. Of course, humans have survived hundreds of thous&s of years without mortgages or statistics, so you could argue that it’s not essential to know how to deal with them. But in modern life you are seriously hampered if you can’t work out if there’s a mistake on your phone bill. And you are at risk (quite literally) of being robbed if you don’t know how to assess a financial deal some salesman is pressing on you.
Fear of numbers is instilled – not innate
But what many people don’t realize is that the trouble they have with numbers is probably not their fault, nor is it a sign that they are lacking in intelligence or competence. Although they often tell themselves ”I’m just no good with figures!” the real explanation is more often that they were not well taught. As a youngster, you have no way of knowing whether a teacher is any good – either as an expert in their subject, or even at teaching itself. You assume that ”teacher knows”, & if you struggle, you assume that the problem is on your side. And if your teachers shout at you or punish you for your failure to ”get it right” you feel stupid & confused – which actually makes it harder for you to take in what they are teaching. If matters are not put right fairly quickly, you can easily be left with a lifelong (but completely misplaced) conviction that you can’t hack it with numbers. You associate numbers with feeling pressured & anxious & so any time you have to use them, you feel uncomfortable & inadequate – which doesn’t make for clear thinking. So it’s hardly surprising if you try to avoid them.
Hypnosis is the most powerful way to conquer the fear of numbers
The good news is that both kinds of fear of numbers can be overcome, no matter how long they have been in place. In both cases, the most effective way to achieve this is by changing the association that has been made in your mind between numbers & distress. And the fastest way by far to change deep rooted negative associations is with hypnosis. Overcome fear of numbers is an audio hypnosis session developed by psychologists that will tackle your anxieties at the root – deep in your unconscious mind.
As you relax repeatedly to the powerful hypnotic suggestions, you’ll quickly notice that

Fear of Others Vomiting
Fear of vomiting (also known as emetophobia) can mean fear of vomiting yourself, or fear of other people vomiting. The two are often connected, but not always. People we have helped fear of vomiting say things like they would avoid hospital dramas on TV just in case a character vomited. Some of them wouldn’t fly because someone on the plane might vomit. And as for sailing or fair ground rides – forget it! Even other people coughing can ring the alarm bell – what if this person is about to vomit? Fear of others vomiting (in fact any fear) tends to make us avoid situations where the feared experience may arise. So many emetophobes avoid potential pleasures in life such as eating out in restaurants or going for a drink in local pubs or bars.
Replace fear with normal levels of displeasure or disgust
Of course no one enjoys the sight, smell or sound of someone vomiting but a full scale fear response is still totally unwarranted. We can replace fear with normal levels of displeasure coupled with calm & sympathy. One young emetophobe said that after treatment he felt calm & actually went to help when his sister was subsequently sick. The Fear of Others Vomiting hypnosis download will help re-educate your unconscious mind so that it treats someone vomiting in a more balanced way. And you can forget about organizing your life around your fear.

Do you dread the sound of the camera shutter or the camcorder whirr? Does the sight of folks with cameras at the ready make you want to run & hide? Having your picture taken is such a normal part of social life, especially in the age of the digital camera & the internet, that most people don’t give it a thought. This can make you feel very ’out of it’ if you are one of those who really can’t st& the idea of being ’snapped’. Your friends are likely to look at you oddly if you object. And it is hard to explain that you have a fear of photographs. What kind of phobia is that? You might find it just as hard to explain it to yourself. What, after all, is there to be afraid of? Everybody’s doing it, it’s fun, it’s a great way to contribute to the mementoes of your friends & family – not to mention building up your own collection of memories of happy events. But something about that camera pointing at you makes you anxious.
How do you explain a fear of photographs?
You’ve maybe tried to rationalize your feelings to yourself & others. Perhaps you’ve thought that your dislike of being photographed is because you think you never look okay in photographs, or because you feel that people might judge you on how they turn out. Or perhaps you just don’t like the idea that you have no control over who will see your pictures. Or maybe you just don’t know why you don’t like it. Such concerns are not ’silly’. Pictures of ourselves are a part of the ’data’ that we use to construct our sense of identity, & our sense of identity is very important indeed. So it’s fair enough to prefer photos of ourselves to match up to our own sense of ’who we are’, or to prefer to be able to limit who will see them.
How having a fear of photographs being taken is unfair
But what’s not fair – to you or to those who would like you to be part of their photographic scene – is when such legitimate concerns get blown up out of proportion. It’s not fair when they rule your life, & prevent you from enjoying social occasions because somebody might take out a camera. You didn’t one day make a conscious decision to start hating having your picture taken. You didn’t ’decide’ to feel as badly as you do about it. Such reactions start unconsciously & get a grip without you noticing exactly how it happens. The strength of the hold they have on you is due to the effect of linking an unpleasant emotional arousal to a trigger. Or, in this case, a shutter.
Overcome your fear of photographs being taken with hypnosis
The good news is, you can unlink that emotional arousal. This doesn’t mean that you won’t care at all when, where, how or by whom pictures of you are taken. But it means that you will feel calm around the idea of being photographed, & able to choose freely whether or not you will allow it, rather than automatically running away. Fear of having photographs taken is an audio hypnosis session created by experienced psychologists that will help you easily & quickly get comfortable with being in front of a camera. You’ll find yourself experiencing a wonderful total body & mind relaxation as you let the powerful hypnotic suggestions carry you away from everyday hassles & concerns. And you will learn a highly effective – & enjoyable – way of breaking through emotion based barriers. In no time you’ll notice that

Fear of Planning?
Do you feel reluctant to make plans ahead of time? Do you worry it will all go wrong, or you might miss a better opportunity?
Not making proper plans can catch you out
You might be a spontaneous, ’in the moment’ kind of person who likes to take life as it comes. Or you might just dislike being ’tied down’, or grappling with the petty details of getting plans worked out or trying to coordinate with others. Or you may get worked up about what might go wrong. But whatever lies behind your dislike of planning, you’ll have noticed that not planning often doesn’t turn out so well. Not thinking ahead means you miss opportunities to have good things in your life that could have been yours. If only you’d planned ahead.
It’s not about trying to control everything all the time
This doesn’t mean you should try to rigidly control absolutely everything in life. There is plenty of room for spontaneity & going with the flow, & it’s a real gift to be able to do that. But taking a new positive approach to planning can bring huge benefits. But how do you get over the barrier?
Hypnosis can quickly help you adopt a whole new perspective
Fear of planning is an audio hypnosis session developed by psychologists that will give you lots of fun & quickly turn that fear into a positive love of creating future events you really want to happen. As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll notice that:
Download Fear of planning & discover just how good you can make your future.
Fear of Poverty
Fear of poverty doesn’t sometimes overwhelm you because you are stupid, or ignorant. You know what’s going on. You are aware of the economic situation – both in your personal life & in the general economic environment in which you live. You know the pressures you are under, & you have some idea of the resources & skills you have – or can find – to deal with them. So why the crippling fear?
Fear of having nothing can ruin your life
And fear of poverty is crippling, is it not? You can get so lost in a terrifying fantasy about how terrible life would be if you had to get by on much less than you have now that you can become blind to the genuine opportunities that present themselves. And you can be paralyzed by your fear into inaction even when you do see the opportunities. And your zest for & enjoyment of life goes right down the drain.
Underst&ing the fear of becoming poor
Being afraid of becoming poor is not as simple as being afraid of spiders or of being mugged. It’s not simply to do with money, either. It’s a complex package of feelings around highly emotionally arousing issues of survival, identity, happiness, self-worth & meaning. High emotional arousal has a well-known effect on us humans. It wrecks our ability to think clearly & make rational decisions.
Why fear affects you the way it does
The feeling of paralysis that fear of poverty can engender is due to a specific effect of emotional arousal caused by threat. When you feel threatened (i.e. feel that your life is in danger), your body automatically fires up your ’fight or flight’ response, which sends adrenaline coursing through you. In a situation where neither fight nor flight is possible, this causes you to ’freeze’ – to become as if paralyzed. Now of course having less money or other resources is not really a direct threat to life like someone holding a knife to your throat. But because we often tend to feel (very strongly) that what we have is who we are, then a threat to what we have is a threat to who we are – i.e. a life threat. And our automatic response kicks in even if we know rationally that this doesn’t make sense. And doesn’t help us cope with our real situation.
How you can disconnect the old pattern of fear with hypnosis
But is it actually possible to uncouple a response which is automatic & so by definition not under your control? If you want to be able to stay calm & realistic in changing economic circumstances, & be able to continue to get enjoyment & satisfaction out of your life no matter what is going on, can you stop yourself from getting caught up in frightening imaginings? Overcome fear of poverty is an audio hypnosis session which will help you connect with the unconscious ’programming’ that generates your fear response & ’reprogram’ it. It’s like resetting an over-sensitive car alarm, so that it doesn’t fire up when someone just walks by, say, but only when there is a genuine break-in.
This powerful session is about learning to calm down your emotional brain. You will enjoy a wonderful experience of really profound relaxation – a process which itself brings down emotional arousal & allows you to see things in their true perspective. And you will discover how to connect with & amplify the wealth of inner resources that nature has blessed you with so that you can make the most of your life.

Fear of Underground Trains
Do you suffer from fear of public transport? Does the thought, or the experience, of travelling on the bus or train cause you anxiety & distress? You are not alone. Some people find themselves getting anxious just waiting in a bus queue, or going through a subway entrance. And even more people feel seriously distressed when the bus, train carriage or metro they are travelling on becomes crowded, & people are pressed up against each other. It’s called ’crush hour’ in France & it happens in cities all over the world every day. The trouble is, once a fear like this gets hold of you, it can start to spread its tentacles everywhere. Soon it’s not just the bus queue that bothers you, but the queue at the food store which reminds you of the bus queue. It’s not just your commuter train that makes you feel breathless, but the coach trip that you take with friends. And on top of that, it feels like everybody’s looking at you, noticing & judging your anxiety. Of course, riding on public transport is not always going to be a pleasant experience, but there is no doubt that feeling full of fear & anxiety is bound to make it much more unpleasant than it need be. And when you live in a city, you are bound to have to use the transport system at least some & maybe a lot of the time in order to get about. So what can be done to banish this fear?
Finding the cause of fear of public transport is not so important
Firstly, don’t worry too much about exactly why you have developed a bus phobia, or a train terror. There may be a specific bad experience while travelling that triggered it or a public transport terrorist attack you saw in the news heightened your anxiety, but it’s just as likely to be one of those r&om associations we all make. For example, you were feeling stressed or ill one day, happened to be travelling, felt panicky, & associated it with your immediate environment, which happened to be a crowded bus. And then, every time you get on a bus, it reminds you of that panicky feeling, & triggers it… In either case, as you know, the fear isn’t really rational. Travelling on a crowded train might be uncomfortable, & tiresome, but it’s not anything to be frightened of. Knowing this, of course, doesn’t stop the feeling of fear, which isn’t based on rational thinking, but on the instant emotional reaction you have to the trigger. So, to start feeling more comfortable when travelling, that emotion needs to be calmed down. And here’s how you can do it.
Hypnosis can help you overcome your anxiety & travel comfortably
Overcome fear of public transport is an audio hypnosis session developed by psychologists who work with every kind of fear & phobia. It will help you ’re-tag’ your travels as safe & non-threatening.
As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll quickly notice that

Fear of Sharks – Shark Phobia
Does the thought of sharks make you nervous about entering the ocean, anywhere? Do you find you get anxious even looking at pictures of sharks on TV or in magazines? Of course you know that most of us are extremely unlikely ever to see a shark anywhere except in a movie or on TV, or perhaps in an aquarium. You know that they’re not really a serious threat to you, even if you live in or are on vacation in a known shark area. But somehow the thought of them, just seems very unnerving & enough to make you anxious, & perhaps get you to avoid swimming, snorkelling, diving, jet-skiing & other sea-side fun.
Why you can’t talk yourself out of a fear of sharks
You’ve probably tried to talk yourself out of it. Maybe friends or family have tried to talk you out of it (when they weren’t mercilessly teasing you about it, that is). Maybe you’ve looked up reassuring statistics. Or read lots of facts about sharks on the internet. But somehow the feeling stays. And stays in control of you. The reason you can’t banish those feelings with facts is that the feelings aren’t anything to do with the facts. They are born out of a strong emotional reaction you had, either to a real-life incident, or to a fictional event such as in a movie drama. When you respond with high emotion to something, your brain makes a ’link’ to that thing – whether it was trivial, major, real or fictional. Whenever something reminds you of the initial event – even in just a passing way – your brain, quick as a flash, activates that link & brings back the same level of emotion. Whether it’s appropriate or not. It’s actually a mechanism for keeping you safe, but it’s darned inconvenient when it fires off inappropriately or when it’s not wanted. Can you ’unlink’ the emotion? Thankfully the answer is yes, using hypnosis.
Use hypnosis to ’neutralise’ you to the idea of sharks
Overcome fear of sharks is an audio hypnosis session created by psychologists with wide experience in helping people conquer all sorts of fears & phobias. As you relax & listen regularly to your download, you will quickly find that

Fear of Terrorism Phobia
Has the terrorist activity of recent years succeeded in its goal? Has it made you reluctant to go out? To travel? To be in crowded places? Do you find yourself feeling anxious among strangers? Doubtful about people who look or talk a bit different? Do you worry about being caught in a bomb blast or getting hijacked? These are all indications that fear of terrorism has you in its grip. It’s time to put fear of terrorism in its place.
The fear of terrorism is not all due to the terrorists
Nobody can deny that there really are people in the world who will go to any lengths – & even commit murder – in pursuit of their goals. Acts of terrorism take this one step further. Although terrorists may commit murder, their aim is really to generate terror – fear of murder. In recent times, they have been very successful in spreading fear of terrorism far & wide. But their success was not all their own work. The rise & spread of the fear of terrorism cannot be accounted for by the data. Research data shows that the numbers of people worldwide actually injured or killed by terrorist activity has changed very little in the past 100 years – even including the terrible atrocities of 11 September 2001. But everybody believes that terrorism is much more widespread now than it was. And so more people are frightened of terrorism.
The role of 24 hour news in spreading the fear of terrorism
This feeling that a terrorist attack is much more likely to happen to you nowadays comes about because of a combination of factors. Instant – & blanket – news coverage has played a large role in this. We don’t really take account of the fact that we see the same news item over & over. In our minds, in our emotions, it feels new each time. Even though we know this, this intellectual knowledge does not ‘get through’ to our emotions. The consequence of this gap between what we know & what feel is that each ‘incident’ goes through an emotional ‘multiplier’ which gets us feeling that such incidents are much more common than they really are. Put this together with the fact that news editors need bad news to keep us watching their screens & reading their papers, & you can begin to underst& how we are frightening ourselves to death. So what can you do about a fear of terrorism, given that terrorist acts do actually occur from time to time?
Daily & hourly news bulletins can damage your health
There’s one very simple practical thing you can do (which will help you in other ways too!). Stop watching the news. Stop reading the papers. Don’t even listen to radio bulletins. If something happens that you really need to know about, you can be sure you will know about it soon enough. If you want to follow current affairs, subscribe to a weekly or monthly journals, which are generally more measured in their analysis of events.
Using hypnosis to overcome the fear of terrorism & enjoy life
And you can get to work on reducing the emotional arousal you have been subjected to so that you can get on with your life, with all its uncertainties, with confidence & calm. Overcome fear of terrorism is an audio hypnosis session which will get you calmed right down, no matter how anxious you were feeling. This powerful session aims to ensure you have all the facts about terrorism & fear of terrorism clear in your mind. But it doesn’t stop there. Using highly effective hypnotic techniques, Overcome fear of terrorism teaches you how to enter a state of profound tranquillity & calm – an almost Zen like stillness of mind. This is deeply enjoyable & relaxing in itself, & enables you to adopt an empowering new perspective on dealing calmly with actual or perceived risks.

Fear of the Dark – Phobia of the Dark
Fear of the dark is something that haunts many people in childhood, but for some this fear continues into later life. Despite the adult knowledge that ’there is nothing there’, the fear is stronger & overrides logic. Like any fear, fear of the dark can arise at any time & for many reasons, but happily hypnosis is extremely effective at treating fears & phobias. There is an ancient story of a man who, when a child, was told by his father that he must never, ever go into the old creaky shed behind the barn. As this man grew up & took over the farm he turned it into a model of efficiency, except for the old shed. One day a friend asked him why he hadn’t done something with it, & he said he really didn’t know. He thought about this, & pondered on it, & then in the middle of the night, awoke, went downstairs & lifted an old rusty key off a hook. He went to the shed, opened the door & went inside. Shining his torch into the dark he saw old tools, rusty nails, broken floorboards & so on. All of which made it a very dangerous place for a young boy. He had left the shed alone all that time because although his conscious mind was adult, he still had the unconscious attitude of fear towards the shed that his father had used to keep him safe.
Overcome fear of the dark can help you update your unconscious underst&ing of the dark to allow you to enjoy it without fear. Download it now & free yourself from those out-of-date ideas…
Fear of Telephones – Telephone Phobia
Do you find yourself avoiding making or taking phone calls? Do you wonder why other people seem so comfortable with it yet whatever you do, it’s just uncomfortable for you? Fear of speaking on the phone impairs your quality of life as it stops you contacting loved ones, blocks work & business opportunities & causes anxiety. And if that isn’t bad enough you can also end up feeling anxious & guilty about important calls you haven’t made & calls you haven’t picked up. So avoiding the phone produces its own anxiety – making the whole situation worse. If you continued in this way it would mean resigning yourself to a life where you have to worry & think about the phone, where every in & out call feels threatening, where you’d be missing opportunities to connect & progress, to learn & grow. Once that fear has gone for good you’ll be able to fully focus on what’s really important in your life – meaning you will be emotionally, & probably financially, better off.
The causes of fear of the phone
Your fear response can become falsely linked to anything which is why phobias are so common. Somewhere along the way your instincts learned to assign fear to phone calls. Maybe your instincts learned to fear the telephone after a series of difficult calls or even because you were experiencing high stress levels in your life during a time you were making a lot of calls. Your fear instinct may have made the ’wrong association’ between fear & phone calls. Hypnosis is the best way to ’re-program’ your instinctive responses! You will be astonished at just how quickly, easily & comfortably hypnosis can get you feeling totally different about the phone. Imagine how it’s going to feel when you are excited to hear the phone ring, or look forward to calling someone. Imagine the freedom & the weight off your shoulders when you can relax & stay calm during any call.

Fear Of Touch – Touch Phobia
Do you carefully avoid certain situations & encounters because of a fear of touch? Do you always shrink back when you come into physical contact with someone? We all jump when we are suddenly & unexpectedly touched. Our skin is highly sensitive, & it is one thing to deliberately engage in physical contact with someone or something, & quite another to find yourself being touched when you weren’t expecting it. It can give you a rush of adrenaline (the hormone that triggers your fight or flight response) that makes your heart thump or your guts get tied up in knots. Quite unpleasant, but normal, & usually quickly over & forgotten. But some people find that it’s not just unexpected contact that makes them jump. It’s any kind of physical contact at all. It may not make any difference whether the other person is someone you know well, or even someone you love, or a complete stranger. The very idea of touch, in any circumstance, is intolerable. Which means you have to be very careful where you go & what you do. Which means it’s hard to get close to anyone…
Knowing why you are afraid of being touched doesn’t help you
People can become fearful of touching &/or being touched for all kinds of reasons. But even if you know the reason, this is not likely to make you any more ready to tolerate or enjoy contact. Your brain has made a negative emotional association to touch, & every time there is a risk (real or perceived) of coming into physical contact with someone, it warns you in an unmistakable way that THIS IS NOT A GOOD THING. Fortunately, it is perfectly possible to remove a negative emotional association & replace it with a positive one. And quickly. And here’s how.
Hypnosis can help you quickly build a positive association to touch
Fear of touch is an audio hypnosis session focused specifically on transforming how you feel about physical contact in a way that’s completely comfortable for you. As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll experience some remarkable changes happening in yourself. You’ll notice that:

Fear of Traveling – Travel Phobia
Does the thought of having to travel make you quail? Do you avoid travelling, or fail to enjoy the journeys you do make? The romance of travel! Who dreamed that up? Even in the age of the internet & instant communication, of high speed travel to the remotest places, there are just so many things that can go wrong when you leave your home town, even for somewhere relatively close. And no matter what age you live in, travel faces you with unfamiliar & sometimes downright peculiar people, customs, scenes, climate, food, languages. And yet. Other people seem to enjoy it. They don’t worry about what could go wrong. They look forward to encountering those new experiences & people. Some people can even find business trips fun, & complain that they don’t have enough time to enjoy the place they have arrived in. Even those who have had some genuinely disastrous experience don’t seem to be put off traveling.
Overly powerful emotions underlie a fear of travel
Why can’t you be more like them? This may seem like an unkind question, but actually it’s a serious one. It’s not a matter of telling you to just stop being silly & enjoy yourself. You probably recognize quite well yourself that there is no real rational basis for your worries about travel. You just feel uncomfortable, or anxious, or stressed when faced with the thought of it. And who would choose to feel like that? And of course, you don’t choose to. Those feelings spring up all by themselves, even directly against your will. So if you have no control over them, it can seem perfectly sensible to deal with them by not traveling. Even if this cuts you off from many potentially valuable & enjoyable experiences. There is another way.
Hypnosis can help you become a relaxed & happy traveler
Overcome fear of travel is an audio hypnosis download developed by expert psychologists that will help you literally retrain your instinctual response. Although emotions happen autonomously (without your direct choice), hypnosis can help you quite dramatically calm down over-high levels of emotion.
As you listen regularly to this download, you will soon notice that you

Fear of Violence
Is what you do in every day life dictated by fear of violence? Are you constantly looking over your shoulder? Avoiding certain places because you might be attacked? Do you find that you don’t go out as much as you would like because of your anxiety? Do news reports give you the shivers – & make you doubly & triply cautious? One more question. Do you have real cause to dread violence, or have your worries grown out of all proportion to the real threats that you face in life?
Violence, violence, everywhere? No.
Violence is not an imaginary bugaboo. It does occur, & it is terrible when it happens. It is only sensible to be aware of this & to take appropriate steps to stay safe. At the same time, our personal experiences of violence (if we have any) can combine with the pernicious effects of media coverage to build up a quite irrational fear in us – a sense that aggression is waiting for us round every corner. And it isn’t.
The distorted world-view of newspapers & television
We easily forget that what is conveyed to us by the news media is made up of a ragbag of exceptional events. Who would buy a newspaper with the headline “Ordinary guy has an average day”? That’s not ‘news’! But it is what is really happening out there, in most of the world, for most of the people in the world.
News & adrenaline make a distressing cocktail
The constant barrage of ‘bad news’ creates an impression that bad things are happening everywhere all the time. An important but often unrecognized consequence of this is a generally raised level of fear. Fear is a physical as well as a psychological response. Feeling afraid releases adrenaline into your bloodstream – nature’s way of preparing you for instant action.
Long term undue fear of violence can seriously damage your health
If you do not make any use of the adrenaline through action – & after all, if there is actually nothing to be afraid of, you won’t be doing anything about it – you are left with the unprocessed emotional arousal caused by the fear. That doesn’t matter if it only happens once in a while. But if you are in a constant state of causeless dread, your physical & psychological health can seriously suffer.
How to calm down your fear & replace it with objectivity
But knowing this intellectually is not enough by itself to reduce the fear feelings. The emotional arousal caused by fear of violence needs to be calmed down by detaching the frightening thoughts from the emotional responses. Fear of violence is an audio hypnosis session created by psychologists with a deep underst&ing of the fear response & how it can help or hinder human functioning. Fear of violence gives the listener a first h& live experience of what it’s like to physically feel the emotion of fear deflating & disappearing. At the same time, your mind becomes noticeably clearer & sharper. As you listen & relax, you will gain invaluable – & immediately effective – tools for responding appropriately to emotionally arousing thoughts or events, so that you can begin to reclaim your right to enjoy your ordinary life without worrying unduly about violence.

Fear of vomiting (also known as emetophobia) often interferes with the sufferer’s life because the typical reaction is to avoid doing things that has even the slightest chance of making you sick. People we have worked with tell us it feels like they have to build their whole life around avoiding situations that might make cause vomiting, like eating out or journeys by boat, bus, plane or even car. We have even treated women who want children but have avoided becoming pregnant because of the fear of morning sickness! Fear of vomiting or emetophobia takes two forms either fears of being sick your self &/or fear of other people being sick – often the two fears coincide. This session focuses on calming your emotions around the idea of you vomiting.
Causes of emetophobia
Fear of vomiting is surprisingly common & usually starts because an incident of vomiting (either your own or someone else) was associated with an extreme fear reaction & henceforth the two (extreme fear & vomiting) become associated in the mind. Of course no one enjoys vomiting but on the rare occasions it happens it doesn’t need to be accompanied by a huge fear response as well! Then you have two problems instead of one! Once the association between fear & vomiting is hypnotically changed you will be able to start to relax with the idea of being sick. Then you can start leading your life in a normal & satisfying way again!

Fear of Water – Phobia of Water
Fear of water could be said to be one of the more natural fears, or phobias. Like fear of heights, water is something to be treated with respect. However, when this realistic wariness gets out of control, overwhelming anxiety around water can make enjoyment of vacations & sports very difficult indeed. Now people often ask what causes a fear of water, but there is no single answer. Fear of Girls – Girl Phobia
Is a fear of women ruining your chances of a relationship? Do you find yourself getting stressed out when you have to be around women you like? There are two sets of things we tend to be afraid of;
And these fears are real.
The usefulness of maintaining a fear of women
When you are unfamiliar with something or don’t know anything about it, it’s wise to be cautious about how you approach it as it might be dangerous or harmful . It’s easy, in this situation, to find yourself relying on what other people say. And if they say that unknown thing is bad/dangerous/treacherous, you are likely to rely on that, because checking for yourself is risky. The second set of fears is related to the first, in that you somehow did find out the hard way & got caught in the trap – you went on a date & it was a toe-curling disaster. So, to protect yourself, you generalize from your bad experience that all women are a threat, & you’d be safest if you steered well clear of them. In both cases, it’s about self-preservation & these fearful feelings are intended to protect you. Evolution has been at work for a long time ensuring that these mechanisms work extremely well. For example, if even just thinking about talking to a woman makes you break out in a cold sweat, your body is reacting just how it’s evolved to do.
The downside of being afraid of women
Trouble is… remaining fearful off the other half of the human race is in conflict with a more primal need to have a relationship, & this battle can be won with some powerful hypnotic relaxation. Even if your fear of women is based on (bad) experience, you are not stuck with it forever. Evolution has also been at work a long time ensuring that you are an extremely adaptable creature, highly capable of learning new instinctive responses. And you can use that information to change your life.
Hypnosis can help you dramatically change how you feel
Overcome fear of women is an audio hypnosis session developed by psychologists that helps you tap directly into your innate ability to update your responses to the world around you – including women. As you relax & listen repeatedly to your download, you’ll find that

Overcome Technophobia – Fear of Technology – Technology Phobia
Do you know what every button on your remote control does? Can you expertly use every function & feature of your cell phone? Do you feel at a disadvantage when you see people around you apparently effortlessly using every piece of new technology that comes along, while you struggle to get your head round the menu options?
The pace of change brings more new technology every day
The increasingly fast pace of change in our technologically-based society means that a new gadget or gizmo or widget appears in front of us every day, & the pressure to be seen to be ‘with it’ on the technology front is steadily mounting. It’s not just gadgets, of course. Most of us are using computers on a daily basis – you’re using one now! – & the software programs that run them change even faster than the gizmos.
New technology means there is more to learn
Every time your software is upgraded, there is learning curve to climb. And sometimes it can seem much more like a cliff than a curve. Feeling that you are getting left behind, or are struggling to underst& just how it all works, stirs up feelings of anxiety & distress. You might begin to feel that others think you’re stupid. You might even think so yourself.
Negative emotions make learning to master technology more difficult
Such negative emotions & thoughts make things worse. When you are anxious & stressed, your brain cannot function at its best, because it goes into ‘survival’ mode. That means that learning is more difficult. People often mistakenly interpret this difficulty as ‘being stupid’, when it is really a symptom of anxiety. This is good news!
Mastering new technology is easier when you underst& stress
It means that you can immediately dramatically improve your capacity to learn how to h&le technology well by calming down, relaxing, & releasing your mind from worry. This reduces emotional arousal & restores your brain to its natural state of receptivity to important information. When you are calm, your mind is naturally clear, & it is easy to remember that, over the course of your lifetime, you have mastered many intricate skills that once you were completely unable to do. Now you take your ability to place one foot in front of the other & move forwards without crashing down on your face completely for granted. But there was a time when you did not know how to do this.
Past mastery can lead to future mastery – in technology & life
Similarly, you can probably drive a car from A to B while chatting to a passenger, listening to the radio, minding the traffic, & remembering the route all at the same time – & never stalling even once. But I bet it wasn’t like that the first time you got in a car. I’m also willing to bet that, expert driver though you may be, you would probably find it difficult to explain exactly how an internal combustion engine works.
Technical expertise doesn’t mean you have to know everything
If you have found yourself getting worked up about new technology, & maybe even turning down opportunities that would entail having to learn a whole new set of technical skills which you didn’t think you could master, it’s good to remember that you can learn to use technology well for its intended purpose without having to be expert in every aspect.
Learning to relax with technology
And even if you’ve fallen into a habit of thinking ‘I can’t do it’ & so have stopped really trying to master new technology when it comes your way, learning how to relax really deeply will present you with a new springboard for developing your technical capacities & skills. A speedy, enjoyable & effective way to relax your mind completely is to use hypnotic approaches. Overcome fear of technology is a specially designed audio hypnosis session which combines profound relaxation with the development of new technical learning skills. Sitting comfortably at home, you can take all the time you need to become expert in the art of relaxing yourself into an optimal learning state as you listen to Overcome fear of technology. The more you listen, the easier it gets. At the same time, Overcome fear of technology will help you develop just the right mindset for comfortably & competently h&ling the process of learning to deal with different technologies.

Fear of New Places
Overcome fear of new situations & unfamilar surroundings – feel at home anywhere
Developing a fear of going somewhere new, or even a place too far from home, can make life difficult. When the sufferer responds naturally by staying closer to home, the scene is set for things to get worse because with anxiety, avoidance tends to make the problem worse.
Developing internal comfort
Although the obvious ’solution’ to a fear of new situations is to avoid them, it is of course the wrong one. The way to be comfortable away from home is to generate feelings of comfort & security within yourself. With this skill, you can be almost anywhere & remain calm & in control. Overcoming fear of unfamiliar surroundings will help you develop this skill so you can relax & deal with new situations, wherever you happen to be.
