We all know ’diets don’t work’ (in the long term)
The idea that ’diets don’t work’ is now a cliche, and it’s true that a diet is no substitute for a healthy attitude to food and exercise. Hypnosis can help lay down the template for a new, more helpful attitude towards eating, shopping for food, making good decisions when eating out, exercising and of course, getting the benefit of deep relaxation from listening to the downloads.
How to use the Weight Management Pack
As you look over the titles in the program, you will probably identify one or more that you feel are most important to you. We recommend that you start by listening to Think Thin for several days, until you start to notice your thought patterns around food changing, then move on to the titles which you feel are most important to you. With each session, continue listening until you noticed changes in that particular area (this may be rapid, often after the first listening), before bringing in the next title.
You can then continue to use the downloads as you wish to work on whatever area of weight management you feel you need help with until you have got a firm control of your weight and relationship with food.
